Karim Khoury
Owner
Karim has over 17 years of experience in real estate and mortgage sales, marketing, and management in the Puget Sound Region. Karim started his real estate career with Century 21 in 2000 and has owned two John L. Scott Franchises; switching brands in 2009 to RE/MAX. He opened Gold Brick Property Management to better serve homeowners and investors with a comprehensive experience where the real estate agent and the property management company work together to deliver A to Z service for real estate investments.

Prior to starting his real estate career, Karim was a Certified Public Accountant providing consulting services to entrepreneurial businesses, and Entrepreneur himself starting several businesses over the years, including a technology company in which he raised over $10M in private and venture funding.

Mitch Livingston brings over a decade of property management expertise and a genuine passion for connecting with people to our team. With more than 10 years of experience in Property Management, Mitch thrives on meeting and working with people from all walks of life.
Committed to professional growth, Mitch is actively pursuing additional certifications including CPM/CRM to enhance his expertise. His significant contributions include helping facilitate our platform transition, demonstrating his adaptability and leadership skills.
Mitch is deeply committed to increasing housing support and resources for those in need within our community. His measure of success is ensuring all parties feel they've been treated fairly and with respect – a philosophy that guides his daily interactions.
Outside of work, you'll find Mitch hiking with his dog, enjoying a round of golf, or spending time on the Puget Sound. A fun fact about Mitch? He's the youngest of six siblings!

Adam Stuhlfaut
Director of Operations, Business Development & Marketing
Adam Stuhlfaut brings exceptional business acumen and marketing expertise to his role as Director of Operations and Marketing at Gold Brick Property Management. A summa cum laude MBA graduate from Babson College's top-ranked entrepreneurship program, Adam oversees operations for five thriving businesses within the Mill Creek Real Estate Center, including RE/MAX Town Center, Gold Brick Property Management, Inspired Homes, Motto Mortgage, and Sound Escrow.
His entrepreneurial journey includes founding and successfully scaling multiple businesses, where he developed innovative marketing strategies and proprietary customer experience systems. Adam's expertise in building referral networks and creating engaging community events has consistently driven business growth and customer loyalty throughout his career.
Passionate about education and professional development, Adam holds a Washington state license to teach Continuing Education courses to real estate agents. He excels at developing training programs and marketing initiatives that create meaningful connections with customers and enhance team performance.
